 Welcome to Leaving In Style! I'm Janise Graham, the President, CEO, and Founder of Leaving In Style and Entrepreneur Insurance Services. With over 30 years of business, leadership, and sales experience, I bring a wealth of expertise to the business legacy space. As a business coach, speaker, and bestselling author of "Leaving In Style: Business Succession On Your Terms," I have helped countless business owners transform their enterprises for over a decade.

My mission is to empower business owners and entrepreneurs with a deep understanding of long-term business succession planning. By safeguarding the future of their families, businesses, clients, customers, and employees, we pave the way for lasting success. Throughout my journey, I've had the privilege to contribute to various organizations and boards. Currently, I serve on the Insurance Curriculum board for the California Department of Insurance and hold the position of Vice President on the State board of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors in California. Moreover, I am honored to serve on the Board of Directors for AmPac Business Capital and have had the opportunity to contribute to the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) as Past President, as well as on the President Assembly Steering Committee (PASC).

My education reflects my passion for both business and creativity. I hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California Baptist University, a Fashion Merchandising Business Degree from Brooks College, and a Certification in Executive Women in Leadership from Cornell University. Additionally, I am a Life and Annuity Certified Professional, certified in Long Term Care, and hold Life & Health licenses in multiple states.
